It is extremely important to note that there is significant pipeline capacity for the Utica gas currently available (200 – 400 MMCFD) with a gas price bonus between $1 – $2 per MCF over similar quality gas discovered in Texas or Western Canada. This fact, in combination with low royalty rates will give this play a significant advantage over competing projects elsewhere.
Ontario
The Company has some minor producing assets located in Ontario. Currently there are no plans to expand the asset base in this basin.
